Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You can always contact us for any return question at turquoiseconnect.info@gmail.com.

Shipping/ Handling Time 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. You will receive an e mail with your tracking info when your order is packaged. 

Please report any lost or missing packages to USPS right away. Also report your package missing online at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/

 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Anything needing repairs will be done free of charge within the first 30 days.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
